The primary objective of the visual arts program at Bishop Seabury Academy is to increase visual literacy, build confidence in visual self-expression, and to provide students with more tools for creative problem solving. Whether or not students wish to pursue art as a profession, they can greatly benefit from exposure to the historical significance and cultural influences of art, as well as from the challenges of art production.
