Will Whipple

Will Whipple came to the Academy inspired by Seabury’s commitment to building student resiliency. He has spent the last eight years teaching mathematics to middle and high school students. Currently, he serves as a soccer coach, math teacher, and Dean of Students at Seabury. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhodes College and a Master's in Education Administration from the University of Kansas. His experience in teaching and leadership roles guides his work in education administration, helping shape a positive learning environment for students. He and his wife, Jenny Simpson, are the proud parents of their son Henry and their dog Bailey. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, trying new food, and family strolls through downtown Lawrence.
